Our Journey So Far
2021: The Spark
Founder, Maya Chen, frustrated by the lack of genuinely fresh, preservative-free juices, begins experimenting in her home kitchen with a small Norwalk press. The idea for ZestFlow—a company built on transparency and true freshness—is born.
Q3 20212022: Farmer's Market Debut
ZestFlow makes its first public appearance at a local farmer's market. With just three signature blends, the response is overwhelmingly positive, selling out every weekend and building a small but fiercely loyal customer base.
Q2 20222023: First Commercial Kitchen & Website Launch
We move into our first dedicated commercial kitchen and launch zestflow.com, introducing a local delivery service. Our team grows to five, and our menu expands to include our first artisanal lemonades.
Q1 20232024: Sustainable Shift
A major milestone. We transition all our packaging to 100% recycled (rPET) bottles and implement a comprehensive composting program, moving our production facility to near-zero waste. We achieve our organic certification.
Q4 20242025: Expanding the Flow
With a thriving subscription base and a growing team, we launch our mobile app, expand our delivery zone, and introduce our Corporate Wellness programs to bring healthy, delicious refreshment to workplaces.

The ZestFlow Method: A Craft of Care
Our method is a deliberate, painstaking process designed to protect the integrity of our ingredients from farm to bottle. It begins with our Daily Harvest Sourcing, where we receive produce picked just hours before. We then implement a rigorous Triple-Wash System using purified water to ensure pristine cleanliness.
The heart of our operation is the Hydraulic Cold-Press. Unlike common centrifugal juicers that use high-speed, heat-generating blades, our press gently applies immense pressure to extract juice. This oxygen-free, heat-free method is crucial; it prevents oxidation and preserves the delicate, heat-sensitive vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes that are the very essence of the juice's health benefits. Finally, we practice Immediate Bottling and Chilling. The juice is bottled in our recycled rPET bottles and moved to a deep chill environment within minutes of being pressed, locking in its freshness and vitality until it reaches your door. This is not the easy way, but it is the only way to create juice worthy of the ZestFlow name.
Our Goals for the Future
Our journey is just beginning. As we look ahead, our ambitions are guided by our core values. We are actively working towards becoming a Carbon Neutral Company by 2028 through optimizing delivery routes and investing in carbon offset projects. We aim to Expand Our Local Farm Partnerships by 30% in the next two years, strengthening local economies and ensuring the freshest possible supply chain. Furthermore, our Flavor Lab is deep in development of a new line of Functional Wellness Shots, designed to provide targeted health boosts in a concentrated form.
